Concurrent Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation

During project life/cycle, to ensure a close vigil across project activities, a robust, spontaneous & yet customized M&E system is developed. Foundation strongly believes in the principles of Concurrent Monitoring and Learning and there is regular/periodic review of projects so that timely course corrections could be ensured. Foundation is aiming at developing an IT enables M&E system.

Knowledge Management & Documentation is another deliberated and strategic effort by Foundation which helps in documenting success stories, challenges, case studies and replicable practices. KMD also helps in scaling up, branding and visibility of the projects.
